Apartment development branding

The architectural brief for Milford 110 was underpinned by the desire to create timeless and enduring homes – quality materials, practical design and above all, ultimate liveability. After all, for the developers behind the project, this is their home too.

Rod and Shanly’s vision is to create a beautiful home and share this landmark site with like-minded neighbours. People who relish the convenience of living in the heart of Milford and the true sense of community that comes with it.

 

They entrusted this vision to Fuse and from this collaboration emerged the property name and the distinctive branding and marketing collateral to begin the sales process.

Onsite, the sales office design includes large scale signage, a viewing tower, video screens and print collateral to inspire potential buyers. This is backed up by a fully responsive website, featuring floor plans and information for each of the 19 apartments.
